It’s now 5 years since we have done some extensive overseas traveling and once again we have decided to do a Blog, mainly as a memento for ourselves to look back on from time to time. Our previous major overseas journeys where in 2011 where we flew to Beijing via Singapore and cruised to Alaska and visited the United States. The details of these travels are on http://perrisinfo.com and then 2 years later we did a variation on this by extending our travels in Asia, this time starting in Bangkok and cruising through Asia to Vladivostok in Russia across to Alaska then Canada, Caribbean, stayed in New York and hopped home via Hawaii and Fiji. This adventure is a little different in that we are traveling as part of a group of around 30 people with Greg and Gaye of Finesse Bridge Club Holidays. So this time we won’t be doing all the organizing as it is done for us, well until we leave the tour after cruising the British Isles anyway.
So our trip is broken up into sections:
First we fly to Singapore on 22 July, 2018 where we meet up with our fellow travelers on our way to Paris.

Second we stay in a Castle in Normandy spending 7 nights in our own private chateau and then 3 nights in the medieval town of Brugge before embarking on our 12 night cruise of the British isles on Celebrity Eclipse (with a drinks package included) Details of this part of the journey are at:

Third we leave the tour on 18 August, 2018 when we arrive back at Amsterdam and some of the group go onto Rome. We will be remaining on the Celebrity Eclipse and doing a 12 night Baltic cruise which terminates back in Amsterdam.
Following this we will explore Amsterdam for a few days, then take a train back to Paris for a couple of days before flying back to Singapore then back around 12 September, 2018.
