Our last two nights in Villers Bocage
On Wednesday night we all went to a local restaurant in Villers Bocage. Some people walked as it’s about a kilometre from the Chateau. Others got a lift with Tony in the car Greg and Gaye had hired for the week.
The restaurant had a lovely décor and we ordered drinks while we waited for the rest to arrive. The most popular seemed to be the lovely apple cocktail and the 1624 beer as you will see in the photos.
We had a nice 3 course dinner.
It is nice to finally have some photos of our fellow travellers on our Finesse Bridge Tours holiday.
On the last day at the Chateau, after playing bridge all afternoon we enjoyed a lovely meal prepared by Gaye. We started with drinks and nibbles in the downstairs dining room then moved to the large dining room (Green room) upstairs for dinner.
